We run a reading site, not a data operation. This policy covers the small amount of information that reaches us and what happens to it.
Who we are
This policy covers slotlistarchive.com, an independent casino comparison website for readers in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described below. We are not connected to any casino operator, and we never receive information about your gambling accounts, deposits or play.
What we collect
- Usage analytics — aggregated page views, rough location at country level, device type and referring site. Used to see which comparisons get read. Not used to identify you.
- Contact messages — if you write to us we hold your name, email address and message for as long as the correspondence needs, then delete them.
- Preference flags — small values stored in your own browser recording that you passed the age check and made a cookie choice. These never leave your device; details are in the cookie policy.
Affiliate links and third parties
When you click an operator link, the destination site receives a tracking parameter identifying this website as the referrer. From that moment the operator's own privacy policy governs — we receive aggregated statistics about referred signups, never your identity, and we cannot see what you do on an operator's site.
Legal basis and retention
We process analytics under legitimate interest in understanding readership, and contact data under legitimate interest in answering you. Analytics are retained in aggregate form; correspondence is deleted once resolved unless a correction record needs keeping.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data, plus the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Requests go through the contact page and are answered within one month.
